Not 100% but sufficient to make tank look new when filled wit new water.
It removes the worst cloudiness but that is sufficient to make the tank look new when filled with fresh,clean water. To remove it all I would probably recommend an electric buffing tool.

I find it doesn't work as well as it claim. Maybe you have to use over a period of time.
