Ensure threaded set screw is firmly installed! ie.(thread locker).
Threaded lock- nut loosens during reps! May require spring clamps for added safety! Bar is comfortable. Bar is sturdy. Great value for the money. Regards Ed.

Vale la pena
Son dos barras, cuando las unes y las ocupas, tiene un poco la unión, le puse un cacho de cartón en medio y así se solucionó. Buen material, excelente agarre, vale la pena.

Very sturdy
Great bar for doing curls. The bar itself has some weight to it and adding or taking off extra weights is very quick and easy. The bar is well made, good product for the money.

Good quality but.....
Pretty good overall quality...except for the fact that they cheaped out on adding an additional screw on the top connecter that holds the two pieces of the bar together. This would have made it more secure and solid. A older ergo Z-Bar I bought at Walmart a few years ago was much cheaper in price yet had a double screw connector. The build quality is great too. In fact, I'm still using it. Sign of the times I guess. Everything seems to be getting flimsier in build quality while going up in price. ☹
