Does what it's supposed to
I used this with a Logitech camera. If you want this only for the phone mount (or only for the light) then this would be a waste of money, since there are other products listed that have just the light and phone mount for less money. The gooseneck thing that holds the camera is advertised as 14", something you should measure out in the space you want to use it to make sure it's long enough for you. Although I just measured mine (with the camera attachment) and with all the extra pieces on the camera attachment, it gave me about 16" of length total, and the way the Logitech camera mount kind of expands can give about an extra 3" itself, so it was plenty for me. One could just clamp it to a heavy hardcover book or something too, if the end of your desk is too far away.As often happens on Amazon, there are several sellers selling identical products for slightly different prices. This was the cheapest I could find at the time I bought it, but some of the other listings (of the exact same product) had reviews mentioning that the light makes a buzzing sound, making it useless for video. I can correct this. When I plugged it into my computer's USB port, my external USB speakers did make a low, annoying buzzing sound. But these speakers are sensitive like that, and will also buzz when using a USB fan, or any other USB device drawing a lot of power. When I plugged the light into the wall, no buzzing sound. I'm sure it could also run off a power bank if you want something more portable. This isn't the light's fault, it's how the speakers are grounded (or not grounded, as it may be). If you don't have that problem with other devices drawing USB power, you likely won't have it with this. There were no instructions, but putting the camera mount together was pretty self-explanatory. It's just a couple of pieces with only one way it can go together. It holds the weight of the camera no problem, though Logitech webcams are pretty light, so that's to be expected. Will it wobble with motion? Yes, a little bit, because there's no like expensive gyroscope or anything keeping it exactly level, you're not expecting that for $20, right? But it's pretty slight, overall it stays in place nicely. The clip is all right, it seems sturdy enough, but it's a bit fussy about the size of what you clip it to. If I clip it to something too narrow, it slides around awkwardly, I'd have to pad it out with something. If stability is serious business for you, you might want to go with a vise grip instead of a clip, but I prefer the quick convenience of the clip anyway. It's stable enough and it doesn't take a year to put on and take off.Speaking of convenience, I think it's designed so you could unclip the camera mount from the gooseneck quickly if you don't want to keep your camera on the mount, but admittedly I'd probably just unscrew it if I wanted to take it off. The clip went in fine and is holding fine, but I don't know how long it would last if I kept unclipping and reclipping it, I think it would last longer if you either just keep your camera on it, or just unscrew it to remove the camera entirely. Good idea, but I don't trust it.The light is the main thing this has over other models. You may be wondering, "Do I really need a selfie light? Am I that vain? Isn't my lighting pretty good already?" My lighting is already pretty decent, but having an extra bit of light I could angle just made the shot that much more flattering. I mean, no one likes looking worse on camera than they need to. It definitely changed how I appeared on camera, though it wasn't so bright it risked burning into my eyes or anything. I think I might actually bring this light along next time I do portrait modeling for a painter, because painters always want the light right in my eyes, but their lights are usually too bright to be safe. The setting I'll probably use most is the mingled white and yellow, which looks the most neutral. The "cool" light isn't bad, almost blueish, and the "warm" light might be good for night use, it's sort of a homey amber light, like an old yellowy iridescent bulb. The brightest setting washes me out on camera slightly, but it can dim quite a bit from there.Final verdict: if you have a camera that fits into the webcam mount, and the height is enough for you, get this. You have a nice camera because you want to look good on it and be easy to see, this really does help with that. If you want to use it with a smartphone, or just use the light, get something like this but cheaper, this costs maybe $8-10 more just for the webcam mount. If you have a bigger desk, or a much more serious setup and don't mind spending a little more, maybe get a bigger and more heavy-duty mount for the camera, and get a light like this separately.

Pretty cheaply made. Arms are not strong, LED ring rattles at the slightest motion.
This is ok in terms of functionality for small cameras and phones, however if your phone has any heft to it, them it will likely be too heavy for the arm to hold. Also the LED light ring has a rattle on the diffusion cover that is kinda annoying if you are mounting this thing to your computer desk.

Smaller than I thought
The flexible neck for the camera is a lot shorter than what I thought. If you have a big desk, it might be best to find one with a longer neck. If you put it by you on your side of the desk, it gives you less space. If you put it on the other side, it won't reach. I didn't think the light would be this small either. It is about the size of my palm.

Good product
I like this a lot, but I wish the camera arm was longer to match the light length. I have a big monitor (27"), so I had to get an extender for the camera part to reach over the top. I just bought a GoPro extender pack thing and it works great. The light is nice, very bright, good adjustability in every way. Only other complaint would be that you can't really attach anything else to the light arm. If you do it will start sagging cuz it is exactly strong enough for the weight of the light. Oh well.

Great starter item!
It's pretty good for the price! My main issue is the clamp needs to have a pretty thick surface to cling on to to be sturdy otherwise it wobbles a ton which isn't ideal when you're filming. Also the camera arm is pretty short so can be hard to get the angle right when using it. But I think it's a great starter item!

Was going to return
Was going to return as the package was missing parts for attaching cell phone to the mounting arm. However, I'm keeping as Selfie ring light works GREAT as a fine detail work light as it eliminates shadows and is easy to position

Plastic pieces broke
Plastic pieces broke apart within ~2 weeks. The light is still useful so far.
