Good if you're a diabetic
As a diabetic I have to take sugar free cough syrup. This one works perfectly. It controls my coughing for hours and it also soothes my throat. It taste very sour since it doesn't have any sugar on it but that's expected.

1. THIS PRODUCT IS JUST WHAT I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR CONSIDERING MY BODY'S NEEDS. IT IS LOW/NO SUGAR AND CONTAINS NO ALCOHOL; BOTH OF WHICH MADE ME HYPER AND KEPT ME AWAKE. I FELT "TWEEKIE" ON THE REGULAR COUGH MEDS.2. I COULD NOT FIND THE "EXPECTORANT" (LOW/NO SUGAR AND ALCOHOL FREE) IN THE STORES.
