Pretty nice little Ladder.....Pay Attention where fingers are while raising and lowering.
I read a lot of reviews before deciding to purchase this ladder. Eventually it will replace an RV ladder. You do have to cut the plastic in the grooves for the stabilizer bar before inserting it, utility scissors are all I used (plenty of previous reviews have this in them so I knew this going in.). When raising or lowering rungs, this ladder seems a bit backward. My previous ladder allowed you to raise or lower the rung you we releasing. This one it is always the one above, so keep your fingers on the outside and only operate releases with thumbs. I saw a lot of reviews complaining about not getting the ladder in the bag while the stabilizer bar was attached. There is a way. It works like those collapsible camping chairs(picture1). Start by collapsing the chair and tucking in all fabric, while still standing on feet. Inch the bag past fabric and and arms, then flip and cinch shut(picture2). Follow the same process for the ladder and picture 3 is the result.

Difficult to setup.
This ladder has a plastic stick where you are supposed to put the support. I don't have time to take it out. It is not easy to take out. I have to leave this ladder at home instead of taking it to the job with me right now.The wheels are not assembled nor is there any instructions on how to assemble them.I had to refer to Amazon to see how to put the support in.Amazon pictures would not load so I could not zoom in.it is really not that difficult to put proper descriptions in the instructions.Very annoyed.

Great for an rv, and so easy and small to store.
Living in an rv has prevented itself with challenges. One of those is a ladder that is small enough to be tucked away, but large enough to be used to get up to the rooftop. This accomplishes both, and is easy to maneuver around inside the rv. Can be used split as a step ladder of varying heights. In an rv you end up storing things basically wherever there is room. So a good step ladder is paramount. This takes a few extra seconds to set up as a step ladder, but works great. It really is a perfect addition to an rv. It's easy to store, it's easy to use.

Good ladder, lousy bag
I bought this model of telescopic ladder specifically because it comes with a storage/carry bag. While the bag fits very well on the ladder as shipped, once you add the stabilizing leg (and I can't imagine using this ladder without the stabilizer), the bag no longer fits. I think I can get it modified locally to work, but such an obvious design flaw rates a 2-star demerit.

It's a confusing ladder but eventually does it
This ladder is super confusing. To get the legs on you have to break off two plastic pieces and then screw in the the legs. It's also not super instructive on how to extend each rung on the ladder. Also if you will ever get on this ladder wear shoes, very painful bare-footed

Love this ladder
I bought this ladder hoping it would be easy for me to use. I am 65 years old and not as strong as I use to be .I is easy to put up and fold up. It stores in a small part of my garage. Easy to carry where i need it and the men that have used it have found it to be just as good as I do.

This is a great ladder
For the average household, I can't imagine anybody needing anything more than this. It's a good weight so that it's easy to move around and more importantly, its sturdy. I was hesitant on buying a ladder online but trusted the good reviews. You should too. This is a good product.

Packs small and easy to use
Ladder is perfect. The rungs lock in sturdy. I was a bit worried at first, but this thing is solid. It folds up small and is not too heavy. The case takes a bit to get it on, but I don't use it much.
