TAJ Premium Indian Kashmiri Chilly Powder, (Deggi Mirch, Lal Mirch), Mild Hot, (5 Pound)

I was specifically looking for a mild chili powder for my Indian recipes. Since in the description this was mild, I bought it. I like some heat in my food, I eat medium salsa and use hot sauce from time to time. This chili powder is VERY HOT not mild, more like cayenne pepper, so hot that it over power's the flavor of the dish and you can't taste anything. It is not returnable so I wasted money on something I can't use. Very dissatisfied with Amazon and this product.

this was especially great flavor on my dishes and its not hot like some others so it doesnt overpower the dish. its rather perfect in taste.

Great quality Kashmiri chili powder with good flavor and bright red color. The powdered chili was fluffy and not clumped together in the bag. Added the right color to butter chicken. Transferred it to a zip lock bag for better long term storage. Would buy again.

We liked this Indian Kashmiri Chilly Powder as its gives great taste and look to the Curry. We are planning to purchase again and again as needed as its used for regular curries and for preparing mango recipes. Apart from Taste, i liked the package and size as it can be used for little longer as well, easy to clean during this covid situations.

This Kashmiri Lal Mirch--aka Kashmir Chili Powder--is great stuff--it's the flavor you are probably missing from your Indian dishes at home. This was a good value for the amount of spice, and it's flavorful and robust--it doesn't taste stale. Very pleased!
