I have had bad neck pain for a week. I had to be careful how I turned my neck to keep this awful sharp pain from shooting down into my shoulders. I was in constant pain. I got this and started with the heating pad that plugs up. I immediately felt relief in my neck. due to the Collar pulling the vertebrates up off the disc.. The highest heat will get hotter and a little uncomfortable for me. So I had to turn it down to the 3rd setting. Even though it is soft collar, but it's also stiff & will take getting use to. But It does relieve your neck pain.

I don’t understand what the seller means in the statement that the unit is not rechargeable. I think that is a misleading language translation. I’ve tried to figure it out, but remain confused. The unit heats up very quickly and very warm, though other buyers have complained to the contrary. My only dissatisfaction is that the mesh irritates my under chin and neck. I have to stick a soft cloth between the unit and those areas. Wish the fabric that is in contact with my skin was a softer mesh or non-mesh fabric.

I'm so glad I ordered this! I was in a car accident and my neck is a wreck asking with migraines. This product is a LIFESAVER!! It fits well around my small neck, many of these braces are also adjustable but still too big. This one is stable, it stretches my neck bringing relief, the heating pad is such a treat! It immobilizes when I need it to hold my neck in place, eases the pain and the heat gets right on my cervical spine. I love that it has 3 attachments! This is a very well thought out product! I've tried many products and I must say this one is my favorite! No tears of pain when I'm wearing this! Anyone with DDD, or is facing a future fusion, and is so sick of acute and chronic cervical pain please give it a try!

I'd say it was a bad joke but because I'm in so much pain it's not funny!! 3 pieces & a foam neck piece, The only part that heats up **IF** it heats up is 3.5"x8".NOTHING else! I thought how cute a little remote but it wouldn't stay on for 5 minutes. I had to turn it on like 4-5 times.I just gave up, And the cord isn't as long as my arm so you have to sit on top of your computer to have it plugged in, Because it won't plug into the power Outlet on the floor unless you want to be bent over... And for me that's very PAINFUL. It's just hateful/ Sadistic that someone would try to sell this as a health product.

The warming pad is great, if you have a charging device to keep it plugged in. So not very mobile. The neck collar was so big I felt like my neck is being stretched. I use the heat pad without the collar and works great. It is a great concept but needs work. I will still use the heat pad for my neck but secure it without the collar.

What I dislike about it was it felt tight around my neck. Anything that feel tight around my neck i will pass.

I purchased this product because I have severe chronic pain and heat really helps, plus I have a chronic pinched nerve in my neck and is sometimes made worse from sleeping wrong. I thought this would be great for both things bc it would keep my neck straight at night (without the heat while sleeping) I also wrongly assumed this was a chargeable product, but no you have to plug it in to use it. Also the heat is SO hot, only one setting and it burns my skin. And I use heating pads daily and never have that problem. And the neck brace part is sooo itchy and uncomfortable and doesn’t relieve my pain at all like it should.

I absolutely love this product!! I had a spinal fusion last year and this is a great way to get heat therapy and be mobile at the same time! The metal in my neck hurts less every time I use it. I’ve actually considered buying another so if this one wears out I’ll have another. I just plug it into a power bank and go. The brace is just the right height and very comfortable while keeping the spine aligned. Absolutely love it! 10/10 would recommend!
