This is a great product to stabilize your sewing.

I do A LOT of machine embroidery. This is sturdy enough to prevent those nasty puckers. I've been using it for a long time and it has become my go to stabilizer. For knits, I put iron on on the back of the garment and put this cut away in the hoop and float the garment in the hoop. It works great!

I like it, Unlike others that I have used, when embroidering, it does not poke holes through it after half the design is done and starts falling apart. This backing holds up very well and I will be buying more of it from here. We are a 100% Military store, so our designs are very detailed.
