My husband and I are rafting the Colorado River through Grand Canyon in August. Because of the excellent review by most people about these shoes we purchased a pair for each of us. After we received the shoes, they were so comfortable and fit so well, that we ordered another pair. The post office "lost" our package and in typical post office mumbo-jumbo excuses, I was desperate because our trip was only five days away. I sent the seller an email hoping that they might contact the post office to see if they could get a better response. Instead, fifteen minutes after I wrote the email, the seller contacted me and told me that she had mailed identical shoes that we ordered and we should receive them on Wednesday. When I told her I probably would not be home when our first order arrived at our residence, she acted very unconcerned for her merchandise but expressed great concern for our trip. "Send them back when you get home or if you get the chance just refuse the shoes when they are delivered."These shoes are great! I wear a size 8-1/2womens and the Men's 7 fits me perfectly. My husband wears a 9-1/2 Mens and the Men's 9 fits him to a tee. We both have slender feet but because the shoes have so much "stretch" to them they fit great...like a good pair of gloves for the feet! We are in our 70's and think the soles will be much better than the Teva sandals that we normally wear in the river. Perfect river shoes!!

I was leery about sizing on these and heeded the reviews of others; so, I offer this in addition for those seeking to buy. I ordered a size "men 10/women 11" even though I wear size 11.5 sneakers. I normally wear the heavy duty white socks found at Costco stores so that bumps up the size of sneaker. Base on other reviews I selected a size 10 and it fits perfect. My measured foot is 10 3/8" heel to big toe and 4.5" width through the ball of the foot. I simply stood on a metal tape measure to find these measurements. I also have a high arch and was worried about getting the Beach Dog on; no problem. I put them on and walked across my backyard which is 3/4" aggregate (broken rocks) and determined that the sole was thick enough to protect my feet; I weigh 260lbs. I ordered one day and received the item the next day. I live in San Diego and they came from north central Los Angeles; Rosemead, Ca; to be specific. Highly recommend!

I normally wear a men's size 9 1/2, but even after reading all of the reviews, I wasn't sure about what size to get, so I contacted the Get Wet Store. They answered quickly and recommended a size 9, which fits perfectly. They seem to be just the thing for snorkeling and water sports. The only thing that I noticed is that as soon as I put them on, my feet got hot, so I would not wear them out of the water on a warm day. I am glad that I got them and didn't have to pay $30 or more like the other water shoes that I saw. I will update my review after I have put them to the test, but they look like a winner.

I decided to buy these based on the other good reviews and the decent price. I was a little concerned what these would look ok me since they came up much higher than the typical water shoe I have bought before. Got these today and they were honestly the most comfortable water shoe I have ever tried on. I am lookkng forward to wearing them on an upcoming trip and just bought a second pair for my son.

True to size fits snug around your ankle. Great for walking in the rivet no rocks entered and the bottoms had great support no slip and slide on the rocks love them.

Fit very well, look good & looks like they should last a long time. I am very happy with them!

Bought because description mentioned usage in sandy beaches - utterly incorrect. The boot is not tight around the ankles, so sand comes in and is trapped inside the shoe. Better off going barefoot.
