Product Damaged
Product came damaged, leg was bent and didn’t conform to the base. Hilt of sword was snapped.In truth their packaging seemed rather inadequate. Whether they sent a broken product or simply didn’t want to spend money on extra packaging, I’m not sure.Luckily it was small enough that I was able to fix, but buyer beware.

Missing sword
Product looks good and arrived on time. But it is missing the sword. If I can be sent the sword in a separate package that would be great.

Figurine came intact
The figurine is made very well, be stylized as Artorias The Abysswalker would hold his sword. True to form. I will say, if your item is damaged, it's extremely likely that it was damaged during shipping and not by the shipper.
