Whitmor Wood Suit Hanger

I really needed a hanger like this for my Varsity Jacket, and everything else came in like two packs or more, and this is good quality for not too much and it comes as a single. It’s perfect and my jacket can finally be hanged without worry of a bent hanger or hanger shoulders.

I bought these hangers for my husband who's always wishing he had some sturdy and strong "hotel" quality hangers made of wood for his heavy coats, or his nice suits. He recently had some nice shirts that ended up with stretch markes up on the shoulders from the thin plastic hangers. He LOVES these! So far...no stretch marks, and we're not anticipating any either. These are made of a good weighty wood, they don't feel like they'll split holding a heavy coat. Very nice design, smooth finish. I'm planning on purchasing more of these soon. :)

The product is great quality and good hanger. There were minor cracks in some but not enough to compromise the integrity of the hanger. Love the cherry wood finish and smooth surface. Your suits deserve to have a high quality hanger so that the shoulders of your jacket wont stretch or put unnecessary stress on the shoulders points. I would highly recommend this product. Will make your closet look like you spend a million bucks.

The quality is solid for the price point, except for one problem: the "trouser bar" is attached to the hanger by a flimsy nail that failed to hold my pants. (See attached pics.) I was able to reattach it with a touch of glue, so with that modification the suit hanger is functional. We spend so much money on nice jackets and coats, why not spend a few extra bucks on a no-frills coat hanger so as to better preserve our investments. The contoured shoulders fit nicely and supportively inside my suit jacket, keeping its shape intact.

The hanger is good

The wood is fine, but the pants bar is attached with a staple that the designer seemed to think would magnetically hold to the shoulder bar. But there is nothing for it to attach to -- just tension. One arrived broken, another fell within an hour of hanging pants on them, four to go. Not worth the price.

These hangers work great for suits. Holds the shape of the shoulder perfectly and the non-slip on the bar is great to keep pants secure. I was concerned by others' reviews on the bar not being secure - but the ones I purchased are really sturdy. I have had them a few months and not a bit of trouble.

I purchased these after looking at a smilar product at the last remaining big-box store that sells primarily home goods. They had identical hangers for nearly double the price. I am very happy with them, and will order more soon. Nice thick shoulders keep sport coat/suit jackets in proper shape. They are a nice wieght, which makes you feel that you have a nice, quality product. I did not encounter any issues with cracks or workmanship problems.

Has wide shoulders and fits my suits very well.I like how these have a lot more curve than most suit hangers.Finish is smooth and the bar feels quite durable.Also just wanted to say that amazon has an amazing exchange policy.First one i ordered had some chips in the finish which would have likely snagged my fabric.Amazon shipped me a new one which arrived the next day before i even sent the original back.

These are excellent if you get some good pieces from the factory. Nice smooth finish and the cherry wood looks great in the closet. I had to do an exchange twice until I found one where there were no large chips and cracks on the finish. There is definitely some QC improvement to be had with Whitmor's stuff as I had the same issue with their natural wood collection

It's a well made product, was smooth and didn't require any sanding. However, the picture shows a light coloured hanger instead of the dark cherry wood that I received. Also is pretty odorless - probably due to the lacquer. I prefer the fresh scent of cedar but good for avoiding eventing your clothes. Well made product overall

really nice hangers, well made. only 4 stars because one of the bottom bar on the hanger was broken, just glued it back

GREAT HANGERS! Great for my suits. Wish the pants bar had some kind of silicone or rubber to hold the pants better, but this is by far the best hanger for the price. Highly recommend.
