just opened the package, very surprised to find a lamp of seemingly high quality for such an affordable price. plugged it in and tested the features; the lamp emits a beautiful, bright light that can be dimmed and adjusted for color. the lamp also has a timer feature that can be set to shut off after an hour. the 8 watt lamp provides sufficient light for reading and other activities and can be adjusted to an extremely wide range of positions for maximum efficiency and convenience. the lamp is also very sleek and stylish and should fit in nicely in any décor. so far, I give the lamp an A+ for both form and function.

The lamp is fantastic and works just as advertised. The only problem I have is that when I turn it on, the lamp makes a faint high pitch sound that's just barely audible, but audible enough to cause a slight headache. Trying to determine if it's just me that's especially sensitive, whether my lamp is slightly malfunctioning, or if this is normal.

Bought this last year, just getting around to reviewing. Sometimes, it takes a while to see how well a product works!! I LOVE this lamp. I'm using it right now in a dimly lit room, and I keep it on the clean white light hue all the time. When I had it in the bedroom as a nightstand light, I used to keep it at warm, to help with relaxing. Now I use it for working. I love being able to adjust the hue and brightness, as well as the 1hr timer. I have used it almost everyday for the past year and it works perfectly.

So the lamp works fine however if you have power outlets with the USB connections this lamp will not work. The power cord plug in is large and takes up too much space to use any USB connections. Due to this, I returned the item as it was unusable in the location I needed it.Update: Refunded direct from the company. Again, the lamp is good quality but the plug in is just a touch too large to work with USB outlets.

I purchased this for my husband, who is working on his doctorate. It serves the intended purpose of helping him read the voluminous amount of material he is assigned. In addition, he loves the design, and seems to enjoy using it. It was a great buy.

Great light. Love the ease of use. I ended up buying another one.

I bought three of these for my Child Development Classrooms when they are napping. They work so well, one of my teachers asked me to order her a personal one.These put out just enough light where you can see what is going on in the classroom and yet dark enough for the children to sleep during nap time.
