Its a good dash cam easy to setup, good video quality, comes with everything you need out of the box even the 32gb sd card is included which makes it of really good value.After installation it can barely be seen. You forget that it's even there.I have used alot of dashcams over the years by far this one has been the best value and the quality is similar to one of the big brands and for half the price, you can't go wrong with this device.

Good priced dash cam, easy to install, switches on and off with ignition even without hard wiring, can connect via WiFi to view footage or just download from sd card, very happy with it

Wrong time and date, by default assumes it's 01-07-2020. There is no option to change the date, only the date format. A dashcam that doesn't record correct time and date is useless for insurance purposes.Edit on 15th marchSeller sent a replacement, still not recording the correct time and date. Ended up getting a refund.The cam itself is OK, image quality is acceptable for the price, quite small and unobtrusive, but the fact that it can't record the correct time and date makes it useless as a dashcam

Had an issue with my Dashcam that the support team were unable to resolve, so they provided a replacement unit that arrived the day after. Couldn't ask for more than that. VERY good customer support. Also very happy with the unit, it broke, but things do, so cant leave a negative response just because of that.

The video quality from the camera is great honestly. Very usable indeed and works well even in low light.Many config options and thankfully things like the voice control can be turned on and off via the app.Mine however, is dead inside of 3 months in that it will no longer connect to the app on ANY phone Ive tried it on (iPhone and a Pixel 8 Pro) even after a factory reset. The cam was recording which is good, but not able to configure anything makes it basically useless unfortunately.I would try flashing the firmware incase its corrupt, but the firmware requires you know the camera version as there is a revised version of this device in the wild.. you can only do that.. in the app.. which needs you to connect to the camera over wifi.A safety related item should easily last more than 3 months. Sadly this has to be rated very poorly on the basis that it couldnt even do that.

Good looking and we’ll packaged. Came without SD card - fair enough. Wanted it to fit behind mirror in my sports car which has a smallish windscreen. Ideal because it didn’t have big sucker to affix. Also wanted parking protection. When I did get it to work, picture was very good, covered wide angle and able to read number plates in low light. So that’s the Pro’s… Now the Cons. 1st connecting to phone (my case iPhone 11) via the app. You need to disconnect from your local Wi-Fi and connect to the camera’s Wi-Fi - ok, same as many other dash cams. But then you also have to turn off your mobile phone signal as well!! This then allows the connection proper to have “live view”. 2. Wasn’t able to format as card. Tried 3 different makes. One cheapie, two recognised makes. All as per recommended. C10, U3. Either 32gb or 64gb. Formatted in app to fat32 64bit. However, persevered, camera then recorded footage. However. When card full it stopped recording. Tried 1 mins loops and 5 mins. Same. Turned off parking mode. Same. At this point I’ve given up and returning the item to Amazon before the period expires. In fairness I’ve not tried tech support, I’ve tried things that others have been advised to do from Azdome. My background has been in computers so I’m no novice. Looks like I’ll have to get another Road Angel Halo which is fitted in my other car.
