I only use it for cold/ambient temperature water.I chose this bottle because I believe it to be the healthiest choice. It is made entirely in titanium , including the lid (except obviously for a silicon ring that help sealing) .It is hard to find a bottle made entirely in titanium or even stainless still as usually at least the lids are made out of plastic (which could potentially release chemicals into your water).I use the bottle every day , I take it to gym too.I am extremely happy with it.The large drinking top makes it easy to clean (don't forget to clean your bottle at least weekly).The only "con" is the noisy lid but this is the prize to pay for having a titanium lid. However I have only had it for 15 days so I hope that the sound my get lower with the time as other people say.Overall I fully recommend it and talking about price (I paid around £30 for the 750ml) it is still cheaper than Chilly's, Ocean and other so called "top range" bottles.

I bought the 500ml and 750ml and both are really well made, the holder is useful too but I really love the quality, I recommend these 100% and they are well priced
