Excellent Customer service, quality bottle (but breakable)
I looked all over at different options when I was going to get a water bottle, and I almost got a life factory one (I have one that's worked alright), but they were out of stock. This one I thought the price was a bit steep, but I didn't want to buy plastic or metal (I hate off-flavors, and don't want things leaching into the water) so I bit the bullet and got it.Thoughts: the size is great. It fits into a car cupholder or a backpack side pocket, but carries soooo much water. It's also really lightweight! Which is something I love (my Life factory bottle is kinda hefty). The seal on the lid had a bit of a plastic smell when it arrived, but after a wash and using it, it has gone away. I haven't noticed any plastic smell/taste from the lid after the first couple days. Also the bottle is pretty! Simple design that goes with everything. I feel classier using it.Things I don't like- it's a bit tricky to carry: no handle or lanyard or something that might help. I kinda worry about dropping it, especially when I'm washing it. It can go in the dishwasher but I tend to wash it by hand. There is a cover for it to protect it and make it easier to hold, but I didn't buy that. I may in the future, but it's kind of steep to pay $30 for a bottle, and then an additional $14 for the cover. Doesn't work for my budget. For now I'm just being careful with it.Customer service: EXCELLENT. They have a year warranty offering replacement if the bottle breaks, and I broke the bottle I got within the first month of buying (my error. I thought it was in my bag but I missed the opening and dropped it three feet onto hard wood. Destroyed). When I emailed the company a picture, they got back to me next day to tell me they would send me a new one pronto. I got it in the mail, and they actually (I think by mistake) sent me two. The weird part of this though is that the bottles I received were not all the same, even though I contacted the company directly through Amazon. Originally the bottle I got arrived in a plain box, no frills, bubble wrap, an unmarked bottle with a silver and grey plastic lid. However, when I got the replacements, one bottle I got was the same- unmarked bottle, grey and silver lid- and the other was different. It had a white and silver lid, (with a design that makes it easier to clean: nice), and has the Kablo logo on the bottom of the bottle, and on the lid. Also the packaging it came in was really classy- cool box, nice Kablo label with product details- honestly pretty enough to post on Instagram. It made me wonder whether Amazon is selling a non-legit version or something. Both bottles perform well, the white cap just being easier to clean/looking a bit prettier.Overall glad I bought, but if I were buying again I'd be disappointed to get the grey cap and unmarked bottle when I know how nice the white cap one is. Especially since the thing is $30.

Finally a Lead-Free, Clean (Safe), and Simple Bottle
I've been using two 32 oz bottles every day for about a month, and really enjoy them. The glass quality, size, proportions, and overall design aesthetic are phenomenal. I've received many comments about how nice and clean it looks. Though a little pricey at $32 each, they are well worth it, as they're the only bottle I've found for my needs: being 32 oz, USA, BPA-free, and especially lead-free - this is awesome, and reason alone to buy. I've had a very hard time tracking any other manufacturer for certain if the glass is lead-free with US regulations. I take two bottles every day to work with fluoride-free purified water from home (therefore the big size is ideal). They're surprisingly lightweight, yet seem like very sturdy glass, and I like how they can fit in a car cup holder and sit very flat / solid on the table. One note is that my cap doesn't seem to have a watertight seal where the metal meets the plastic, and because of this it fills with water when hand-washing (I don't trust dishwashers!), then slowly leaks it out later. Maybe I just have a dud, though the founder of the company mentioned in an email to me that the cap is under re-design. Of course, this is in no way a deal-breaker. Another suggestion would be to offer a simple custom removable bottle sleeve, either included or separate for purchase, though it sounds like this is also being considered by the company. Overall, it's an excellent bottle if you want to be sure your water stays clean.

I was a little worried that I would break them but have dropped them a few times now (about 4 months in) and so far so good. Indeed
I've ordered several of these to replace the steel bottles that were my go-to for years. I was a little worried that I would break them but have dropped them a few times now (about 4 months in) and so far so good. Indeed, I like how, relative to my steel bottles, they aren't dented. I also like how I can know they are clean. There was this build up of grime in my steel bottles which I was sort of oblivious of until I really looked inside them. These are easier to clean both because of the material and because the construction allows me to wash in the dishwasher. My one qualm would be that the caps aren't 100% dishwasher safe. One out of five came apart. To their credit (in addition to the fact that the other four have been fine) the seller sent me a replacement cap right away, no questions asked. They advised that, in the future, I should hand wash except for when I felt deep cleaning was necessary, in which was a sporadic trip through the dishwasher was ok. I had some initial problems with leaking. I don't think this was the bottle's fault. Or, rather, because the cap is threaded to fit the outside of the bottle (as opposed to the inside, like one of my old Klean Kanteen bottles) sometimes liquid with be running down off of it (if, say, I've just shaken up a supplement powder) and if I don't let it "settle" enough before I take the lid off then the liquid gets on the rim and runs down the side a bit. The only other time I've experienced leaking was when I didn't screw the cap on tight enough I think. I've been careful to screw them on really tight since and no further problems (though maybe that's a other reason why one of my caps fell apart). A colleague with slightly smaller hands than mine finds the shape of the bottles a bit unwieldy but I think they're a good mix of width and length and I myself have kinda small hands by adult male standards. These fit well into my backpack and, like I said, don't leak when screwed on tight no matter how long they end up being horizontal. And the get bonus points for at least kinda fitting in my car's cup holder. Hope this review's been helpful!

I've tried a few and I really like this one
I recently read in a Harvard Medical article that the FDA has urged people to limit their exposure to BPA in plastics, which is hard to do because it's in quite a lot of things. The article further said that people who use popular water bottles for their main source of drinking water for a week had an increase in BPA of 60%.Thus I decided to try a glass water bottle. I've tried a few and I really like this one. Most glass water bottles aren't 32 oz, and I prefer the larger water bottle as I drink a lot of water, and it holds more water near my bed overnight. This is a high quality glass that is resistant to thermal shock. If that's new to you try searching the type of glass this is it's fairly interesting, but this is a nice bottle that shouldn't fracture from freezing or hot water in the dish water (if that's a concern for you)The glass is a decent thickness so it's not heavy, but I'm not concerned about it breaking unless I drop it. I haven't dropped it yet fortunately. The bottle is thinner and taller than I expected. It makes it easier to grip and fit into more cup holders, though not all.The glass has a bit of a tactile feel, even after scrubbing with dawn so I expect the grip to remain. I'm not worried about my grip when the bottle's dry, though it's clearly a bit slippery when wet, I'm not worried about it then either. I wouldn't want it to have a rubber or silicone grip on it, however some people might. The water from the glass tastes great. I have some regular cheap glasses and a BPA free water bottle but the water tastes notably better from this bottle. The top is snug and doesn't leak. The entire bottle including the lid seems to be high quality so I'm not concerned it will leak. The two changes I would make would beA) An auto open and close lid from pushing a button.B) Measurements outlined on the bottleneither of this diminish how much I like this bottle though.
