Deluxe LED Lighting Kit for LEGO Ship in a Bottle - 21313 & 92177- Custom Designed - Handmade - Durability Tested

This is a great additional feature for the Lego Ship in a Bottle. What makes this lighting set different from all the others is that they actually provided lighting for the compass that is underneath the bottle instead of lighting for the ship and bottle cork. I prefer to have the compass light as it makes the whole Lego set all the more eye-catching with soft golden yellow light under the bright ocean blue lights. The wiring is very thin so be careful with them and make sure they are between the studs so you don't accidentally damage them.

There were a few different light sets to choose from for the Ship in a Bottle set, but the Brick Loot lighting kit appeared to be the best choice for the price. The lights are super bright and the directions were easy to follow. The wires are very thin and fragile (necessary in order to fit thru tight spaces) and should be handled with care. I was concerned about running wires between some of the bricks in the base, but as long as you don't lay wires over an actual brick post, you should be fine.Very pleased with this light kit and will be buying other Lego sets for the purpose of lighting it up w/ more Brick Loot kits.

I'm a big fan of making lights work for my needs, and i must say, i was more impressed than i thought i would be adding this to my stranger things lego set. I use the blue strips for the different rooms in the upside-down, and the two white lights (i didn't know this set came with white lights too) on the other 'normal' side (above the doors) and sticky-tacked under the porch off to the side as well. Just want to let anyone else know who's looking for blue lights that these work great for the Stranger Things set too :)

This item ships fast, instructions are easy to follow, and overall a great item. The only issue I have is that the lights are just a little too bright, or maybe too many bulbs? it washes out the actual ship inside the bottle, and takes away from the awesomeness of the original model. I wish there was a dim feature, or a way to just cut out some of the bulbs to reduce the brightness.

Grandson loves it. It’s a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but he did t mind. I bought the light kit to go with it, which really sets it off and makes it a special display in his room.
