Not as expected ...just a flat piece of fabric. I expected stitched folds and hard to transfer for baking

It is what I wanted but much smaller than expected. There is no way I can put 4 baguettes in this cloth, just about 3

I love the size of this couche
I had put off buying one of these for years. I was afraid that the dough would stick to it and it would just end up a giant mess. The dough adheres a bit but it will just roll off it like it's supposed to without any problem. I recommend taking it outside when you first get it and shaking it just to shake off some of the extra fibers.

GREAT!! You'll never bake without it again!
I haven't needed a pastry cloth in a long time, but we pulled out some much loved family recipes this Christmas and a few of them are best made with one. I am soooooo happy with this purchase! It worked fabulously and I'm sure my daughter will be pulling it out in the future every time she makes grandma's bread!! I may even buy another to have on hand! Nice product and a nice company to purchase through!
