The Adapter never worked
a. The adapter came to me in a good condition, but after I connected my Dell XPS laptop to the external Dell monitor, it got connected, but it never worked. The external monitor otherwise works well.b. I requested a replacement of the adaptor. The seller sent me another new adapter as replacement. Even the new adaptor did not work.c. I thought that it could some other problem from my end. Owing to the Covid lockdown, I could not check with another laptop of my friend.d. Few weeks ago, I could check the adaptor with another laptop, it did not work. However, my laptop got connected to the external monitor if I use a different connector.e. Strongly recommend not to buy this item.

The device simply does not work & comes with a 'No Return' policy.Purchase if you wish to see your money go down the drain.The company too, seems a fraud, there's no mention of it on the box, just mentioned on a small stuck label, on the backside.

Works good but. It does not give individual displays instead both the HDMI and VGA if connected they show the same thing

Cheap product with no reliability.
I had bought this earlier, it did not work so I got it replaced. The new piece also stopped working after sometime. Very low quality product. PLEASE DO NOT BUY this, waste of money.
