We have had this product for a year and it works exactly as it should. We had one small issue with it and the company made it right literally in days. They were responsive, kind and understanding. WOW, that's rare these days. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

It's been a moth a half since I bought this item. The tot part of the heater fell off and does not attach back.the knob that is designed to open the heater did not work well from the beginning. I was away in another country for a month, so I missed the date of the possibility to return.

Perfect size for a couple. Used it over a 3 day holiday- added water and it boiled up quickly. Temperature was fine for coffee or tea. There was no unusual smell when unpacked (had that happen with another brand before) and it doesn't take up much space on the counter top. Very pleased with this purchase.

Works well and large capacity but does not automatically shut off like other models

Love this product!! Took me many months to find just the right size for a 2 adult household. I keep it out on the counter instead of filling and boiling an electric kettle multiple times a day. Definitely worth every penny spent.

We bought the same electric kettle 15 years ago from H-Mart (a local grocery chain). This was the same price we paid back then! Works well - this version, though, the top hinges open but does not come off. A bit of a pain to dry out, but well worth it. Note - it is small-ish - only makes 2.5 quarts of boiling water.

We went they so many urns in the past building terrible buildups etc we just threw them away. But this urn is sleek clean and so much better.

The media could not be loaded. This not only doesn’t have an on or off switch (must be unplugged to turn off) but the body gets hot and puts off an overheating burning plastic smell after just a couple minutes. Additionally, when you reach the bottom water level, which happens way too fast, it spits hot water all over when you’re dispensing. Dangerous!
