Damaged item
Product arrived very later, understandable due to pandemic but then never had timely support for set up of the item either.When opened package to assemble on own the metal frame was damaged to the extent couldn't even assemble. Very disappointed!!

Terrible product
Arrived weeks later than expected, and once it came the packaging was all broken with nuts and bolts loose in the box. Furthermore, once I began to build the bike the bottom metal part of the bike that connects to the floor mount was bent so couldn’t put it together. And now I’ll have to wait even longer to return it or to get new parts.Save yourself the hassle and go with a different product, this one is terrible.
