The reviews are accurate. I’ve only been taking a couple weeks but I feel great. I usually feel rundown and tired since I am 51, but I have felt wonderful the last two weeks with a lot more energy without the caffeine. Highly recommend this brand of NAD Supplements.

This NMN supplement together with daily 750 mg dosage of TMG is really energies me. My stamina and energy level visibly improved. I am able to do the exercises in the gym like the person 20 years younger.I am 77 and still lead very active life.

As of late a lot of products on amazon has companies changing their artwork design styles thus making me thinking it is a different product. For now on I will no longer purchase any well proven vetted product that goes through logo artwork change.

Is NR (Nicotinamide Riboside Chlorida 300mg) actually worth it?No supplement van make claims of cure or treating any disease because of FDA regulations. So it is up to the consumer to determine if ingredients are evidenced-based, if studies followed the scientific method, if there are conflicts of interest (such as was a study commissioned/paid for by someone who has a financial interest in the study showing one particular result). I don't ever trust just one study. I want to make sure results are repeatable.Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride has over 5,800 studies mentioning it on the database scholar.google.com and has a literature review on the NIH website. Next is deciphering results based by method, organism studies (mice, worms, yeast, chimps, humans) etc etc.I'm not going to and can't tell you if you should take this or not.But if you and/or your doctor have determined that NR may be beneficial to you, I trust this brand. I personally take it in hopes of boosting my NAD+ in an effort to increase my health span (years of healthy life, not just years of life).I can't tell you if it will work for that or not for about 70 years when I determine if I'm still running at 100 years old or not - so rating the effectiveness is incomplete at this point.I hope this was helpful anyway!
