earlier i used moringa tablets too .and initially i felt constipated may be due to iron in it. So take dose carefully .increase dose slowly .. 1-2 tablet after 2-3 week adjustment..i read that on internet too ...and also what to take with it..not to take too much dairy productsProduct quality is great.. I act ordered its capsule tablets and powder..Capsule for my sis n dad and tablet for mom and i will use powder..as I am in habit of nasty drinks.. I drink churans n all ..DO NOT EXPECT MIRACLES this is just a supplementary product ..in case you diet is not good and anyway it is good to include greens in your diet ..my mom mix 1-2 table spoon powder in atta to make roti..or mix in buttermilk , dosa batter a bit. from my experience better use powder just mix it in water n drink it. . we keep it on kitchen table and use it as and when remember ..just use this product normally as and when you want ...take vitamin c juice like orange with it for iron absorptionPackaging and quality is great .. I mixed it in fruit juices sometimes..Well i used it in my face pack too😀

Taste is not good. Couldn't gulp it.Smells like henna. Taking a moringa tablet will be more convenient.

I just received my second jar as I liked the first one. But to my shock the taste is entirely different from the first one. I thought I was consuming the original moringa powder when I ordered the first time but this time I think they have packed something else in the moringa jar. The first time the taste was bitter as it should be but the second one is totally bland as if I am consuming plain horlicks. Not worth it...Utterly disappointed!!

It tastes like mehndi not wheat grass. The taste of wheat grass is still better.I read about this at fb. The properties it has to heal the body are phenomenal.I'm definitely seeing changes in my body. If you wish to buy this product then do consume it at-least for a month.I have seen some chocolate flavor is also available. try buying that one.

Some of the powder seems to have leaked from the jar so I'm concerned about the powder going bad fast since the container isn't air tight.
